Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery across Mumbai using trusted hyperlocal delivery partners.
- Order Processing & Baking Time: All our products are baked fresh to order. To ensure this, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery date.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 6:00 PM the previous day.
- Weekend Orders: Please note that orders for Saturday and Sunday delivery must be placed by 6:00 PM on Friday.
- Delivery Process: We partner with hyperlocal delivery services (such as Borzo and Rapido) to get your fresh bakes to you as quickly as possible after they come out of the oven.
- Delivery Windows: We deliver in pre-scheduled slots (e.g., Morning: 9 AM – 12 PM, Evening: 4 PM – 7 PM). You will be prompted to select a slot at checkout.
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp with a live tracking link to follow your delivery rider in real-time.
- Contactless Delivery: Our riders will deliver your package to your doorstep. For your safety and theirs, deliveries are contactless.
- Delivery Charges
- A flat delivery fee of ₹120 will be applied to all orders.
- Free delivery is available on all orders over ₹750.
- What We Can’t Control: While we strive for perfection, please note that traffic conditions and other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays with our delivery partners. We will communicate any significant delays we are aware of proactively. We appreciate your understanding.
- Ensuring a Successful Delivery: To help us get your order to you smoothly, please ensure:
- Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- The provided phone number is correct and active.
- Someone is available to receive the package at the chosen delivery address and time slot.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an inactive phone number, or no one being available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you. Unfortunately, we cannot redeliver or refund orders that fail for these reasons, as the products are perishable.
