Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bombay Sourdough Company, we take immense pride in the quality of our artisan sourdough products. Because our sourdough breads, bagels, and sweets treats are baked fresh to order, we have a strict policy to ensure you receive them at their absolute best.

  1. Freshness Guarantee
    We guarantee that your order will be fresh and delivered in perfect condition. If your items arrive damaged, stale, or are not what you ordered, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement for your next order.
  2. Order Cancellations
    You may cancel or modify your order for a full refund up to 12 hours before your scheduled bake time. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to do so. Once our bakers have begun preparation, we cannot accept cancellations as your items will have been started specifically for you.
  3. Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for items that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition.
  4. Delivery Issues
  • Failed Delivery: If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer not being available, the order cannot be redelivered and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays by our third-party delivery partners can occur. We will communicate any known delays proactively. A delivery delay alone does not qualify for a refund unless the product quality has been compromised as a result.
