It all started with a simple desire: to create the perfect, honest loaf of bread for our Mumbai home. Disappointed by the preservative-filled options, we began a journey into the ancient craft of sourdough.
What began with a single jar of starter has grown into a celebration of slow food. We believe that great baking isn’t rushed. Our 24-hour fermentation isn’t just a step; it’s the heart of our process, developing complex flavors and making our bread naturally gut-friendly.
But why stop at bread? We channeled the same philosophy into everything we make. Our bagels are boiled for that classic chew, our cookies are packed with premium chocolate, and our Ragi Brownies prove that gluten-free can be decadent.
We’re a small team, baking in small batches to ensure every sourdough loaf, every bagel, and every brownie that leaves our kitchen is the best it can possibly be.
