A brookie is a brownie and cookie baked as one, a fudgy chocolate brownie base topped with a crisp, chewy cookie layer. You get the dense, gooey centre of a brownie and the buttery snap of a cookie in every bite; no need to choose between the two.

Every brookie is baked in-house, in our Bombay Sourdough Company kitchen where we slow-ferment our sourdough loaves. No shortcuts, no shelf-stable additives; just small batches, baked fresh and delivered daily.
